Engagement Session
Selah’s popular engagement sessions allow you to utilize 2-3 locations and 2-3 outfit changes for approximately 2 hours of photography.
Digital Files of Wedding Day:
Depending on coverage, you will receive approximately 900 images of your wedding day.
Images will be color corrected and gently retouched. Custom edits and retouching
are included in print and album orders. Your digital files will include approximately 50
files that are custom edited. The digital files will be given in high resolution on a DVD.
You will receive the rights to reproduce the images at your leisure.
Photobooth
We set up a background at your reception or cocktail hour and guests can jump in and get their photo taken. This is a great way to enhance the fun at your celebration and receive special images of your guests. It is also a good gift to include in your thank you cards.
Base Fee
The base fee is your service investment. You are capitalizing on eight hours of coverage from two photographers along with their experience, talent and skill. This accounts for the time spent photographing at your event along with post production and processing of the digital files.
The Photographer
Jackie Nuxoll is a Colorado wedding photographer who specializes in artistic and journalistic wedding photos for the modern couple. Jackie was voted one of Denver’s best photographers and has had images published worldwide. Many of her photographs have placed highly in contests held by the International Society of Professional Wedding Photographers which features many of the best wedding photographers in the world. She is a graduate from The Art Institute of Colorado and a life-long artist who traces her informal, candid and personal style of art back to her earliest days of gluing money to the floor and painting on ceilings as a child.
This type of photography is about documenting moments that make experiences significant. As a lifestyle photographer, Jackie’s approach is gentle and in tune. She anticipates the deep breaths, the look that only he can give her, and the seemingly small moments that piece together life stories.
Though there may not be a common description for her style, her process in working with couples is clear. “I am sure of its uniqueness and its connection with the subject. It’s not something that can be duplicated because its finger-print-like genuineness matches the eccentricity found in each one of us.”
“I find that my imagery is most successful when it accurately depicts the couple. A wedding of mine was recently published on a wedding blog in Europe. The author who wrote about the imagery, knowing nothing about the couple, said that the photographs were poetic. Little did she know, the bride actually was a poet. When the images show real life and character, my style is in full bloom.”

What can I say, other than I LOVE LOVE LOVED working with Selah Photography. Jackie is a photographic genius. She took our engagement photos in downtown Denver in the winter, and they were very fun and unique. She was very warm and made us very comfortable. She also took our wedding photographs in Boulder, and I treasure every one of them. I’ve had many family members and friends tell me that they are the best wedding photos they’ve seen. Jackie has a way of capturing the small moments, the feelings of the day with a truly artful eye.
I also have to mention here that Jackie and Ben were very good with their communication. If I e-mailed them, they would get back to me immediately, something that I think is rare. They kept in touch long after they were required to, just to make sure we were still happy with everything.

Jackie not only is an extremely talented photographer, but also a wonderful person to be around. Jackie did a fantastic job of catering to my husband and I’s personalities as well as tying in her artistic flair. She was also very cooperative with accomplishing the things we wanted.
